Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Agents Mastery Masterclass (“AMM”) provided by Kenny Nwokoye LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for AMM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

1. Service description

AMM is a 3-day live online masterclass on building AI agents for business automation. Sessions are delivered live via online video conferencing on:

  • Friday, 29 May 2026 · 8:00 PM WAT
  • Saturday, 30 May 2026 · 8:00 PM WAT
  • Sunday, 31 May 2026 · 4:00 PM WAT

All times are West Africa Time (UTC+1). Session login links are distributed via email and the AMM WhatsApp group prior to each session.

2. Pricing

Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) for buyers within Nigeria, and in local currencies for international buyers. Pricing is tiered: early-bird, standard, and late. Tiers advance based on the number of registrations and may change without prior notice. The current active price is always displayed at the point of registration.

International prices are computed from the NGN base price using the current foreign exchange rate provided by our payment processor at the time of registration.

3. Payment and refund policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are not offered due to the nature of the digital training product. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Kenny Nwokoye LTD. To request a refund consideration, contact coaching@kennynwokoye.com with details of your circumstances.

Payments are processed by Paystack (NGN) or Flutterwave (international currencies). Both providers are PCI-DSS compliant. Kenny Nwokoye LTD does not store payment card details.

4. Cancellation, postponement, and force majeure

Kenny Nwokoye LTD reserves the right to reschedule or modify the format of any AMM session due to circumstances outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to technical outages, illness of the instructor, government restrictions, or other force majeure events). In the event of rescheduling, all paid registrants retain access to the rescheduled session at no additional cost.

5. Intellectual property

All AMM content — including live session material, recordings, the Ghostwriter Agent Setup Kit, Agents Prompt Pack, written notes, slide decks, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kenny Nwokoye LTD and is protected by copyright law.

Registrants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use this material for their own learning and business application. Sharing, re-distributing, re-selling, screen-recording, or otherwise reproducing AMM content in any form is strictly prohibited. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund and legal action.

6. User conduct (WhatsApp groups and live sessions)

Registrants must conduct themselves respectfully in all AMM communication channels. The following are prohibited:

  • Promoting unrelated products, services, or offers in the WhatsApp groups
  • Sharing affiliate links to non-AMM products without prior approval
  • Harassment or abusive language toward other registrants or the instructor
  • Disrupting live sessions in any manner
  • Sharing AMM content outside of authorised registrants

Violators will be removed from the WhatsApp groups and may have their access to AMM revoked without refund.

7. VIP package

The VIP upgrade includes the following additional benefits as detailed at point of purchase:

  • 1 year access to all AMM session replays
  • One live group coaching + agent setup session
  • The Ghostwriter Agent Setup Kit
  • The Agents Prompt Pack
  • Access to the VIP-only WhatsApp group
  • Eligibility to apply for the AMM affiliate program

VIP perks are delivered following the conclusion of the live training (after Sunday, 31 May 2026). Replays and the custom VIP dashboard are made accessible within 7 days of the final session.

8. Affiliate program

Approved AMM affiliates may promote AMM and earn a 50% commission on each successful sale through their unique referral link. Commission is split automatically via Paystack or Flutterwave on the underlying transaction. Affiliate participation is governed by separate Affiliate Program Terms agreed upon application.

9. Limitation of liability

AMM is provided “as is”. While we endeavour to deliver high-quality training and accurate information, Kenny Nwokoye LTD makes no guarantees regarding specific business, financial, or career outcomes resulting from the application of AMM material. Each registrant’s results will vary depending on their effort, circumstances, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Kenny Nwokoye LTD arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the registrant for the AMM service in question.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
