Privacy Policy
Kenny Nwokoye Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates AI Agents Mastery (“AMM”) at aiagentsmastery.me. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit the website, register, buy a product, contact us, or arrive through an affiliate link.
1. Data we collect
- Registration and contact data: name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, and country or location information you provide.
- Order data: product, amount, currency, payment status, payment reference, refund or dispute status, and timestamps. We do not store full card details.
- Website and device data: IP address or a protected hash derived from it, browser and device class, pages viewed, clicks, scrolls, referral URL, campaign parameters, and diagnostic data.
- Affiliate attribution data: affiliate reference, first-party click identifier, source, campaign, creative or ad identifier, sub-ID, and consent state.
- Advertising measurement data: browser and server-side events such as page views, checkout activity, registrations, and purchases. Where configured and permitted, contact data may be normalized and hashed before it is sent for matching.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary first-party cookies for site operation and affiliate attribution. An affiliate visit may set amm_ref and amm_click_id for up to 30 days. A separate amm_partner_consent cookie records your partner-measurement choice for up to 180 days.
We also use Meta Business Tools for advertising measurement and Microsoft Clarity for website analytics and session insights. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and receive device, interaction, and event data under their own terms. Consent-gated affiliate Meta measurement remains off unless the visitor grants permission and the referring affiliate is in an approved pilot.
Your choice: declining optional affiliate measurement does not change your price or prevent a purchase. First-party referral records may still be used to calculate an affiliate commission and prevent fraud.
3. How we use data
- Process registrations, payments, refunds, access, support, reminders, and community invitations.
- Measure advertising and affiliate performance, attribute verified sales, calculate commissions, and reconcile refunds or disputes.
- Understand and improve website usability, checkout performance, content, and offers.
- Detect duplicate activity, abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical failures.
- Send service messages and, where permitted, relevant marketing communications with an opt-out.
- Meet accounting, tax, legal, dispute, and regulatory obligations.
4. Services that receive data
We use service providers only for defined business purposes. They may include:
- Paystack and Flutterwave for payment processing, verification, refunds, and disputes.
- Meta for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, advertising delivery, and conversion measurement.
- Microsoft Clarity for website analytics and session insights.
- Hostinger, WordPress, email, learning, and automation providers for hosting, site operation, transactional email, course access, and workflow delivery.
Approved affiliates receive their own aggregate performance information and pseudonymous or masked references. They do not receive your card details or unrestricted access to our customer records, primary ad account, or primary advertising dataset. We do not sell personal data.
5. Affiliate and advertising safeguards
Affiliate promotion uses unique first-party links. Paid Meta advertising by an affiliate requires written approval and uses AMM-managed, separate measurement during a limited pilot. Affiliates may not upload our customer lists, install their own pixel or token on our site, retarget our visitors, or access the live AMM campaign or primary dataset unless we separately authorize a specific action in writing.
6. Retention
Cookie lifetimes are described above. We retain registration, order, commission, refund, dispute, security, and accounting records only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention, reporting, contractual enforcement, and applicable legal or tax obligations. Analytics and advertising providers apply their own configured retention periods.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls, limited administrator permissions, transport encryption, credential separation, hashing where appropriate, and event deduplication to reduce risk. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Some providers may process data outside Nigeria under their contractual and legal safeguards.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent for optional processing, or opt out of marketing. Legal and transaction-retention duties may limit deletion. You can also clear cookies in your browser and decline the affiliate-measurement prompt.
Send requests from the email address connected to your registration to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
9. Children
AMM is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest version.
