1. Who we are

Kenny Nwokoye LTD is a Nigerian limited company. We operate AMM as a digital, live online training service. For any questions about this policy or the data we hold about you, contact us at coaching@kennynwokoye.com.

2. Personal data we collect

When you register for AMM, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your WhatsApp phone number (used to add you to the AMM WhatsApp group)
• The country indicated by your phone number (used to determine local pricing)

We do NOT collect or store payment card details. All payment processing is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant providers — Paystack (for Nigerian Naira transactions) and Flutterwave (for international currencies).

3. Cookies

We use a single cookie called amm_ref. It is only set if you arrive at our website via an affiliate referral link (a URL containing ?ref=). The cookie expires after 30 days and is used solely to attribute a successful registration to the referring affiliate so we can pay their commission. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. How we use your data

• To deliver the training: sending session links, reminders, schedules, and pre-event materials
• To send your post-purchase confirmation email and WhatsApp group invite link
• To provide customer support when you reach out to us
• To send occasional follow-up emails about future masterclasses, recordings, or related offers (you can opt out at any time by replying STOP)

5. Who we share data with

We only share your data with the following third-party services that are necessary to operate AMM:

• Paystack — for processing Nigerian Naira payments
• Flutterwave — for processing international currency payments
• Hostinger SMTP — for delivering transactional and event-related emails
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you join the AMM WhatsApp group via the invite link we provide

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone for any purpose.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for up to 1 year after your last interaction with AMM (e.g. your last training session attended or your last reply to a marketing email). After that point, your data is deleted, except where we are required by law to retain transaction records for tax or regulatory purposes.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate or outdated data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to lawful retention obligations)
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email coaching@kennynwokoye.com from the address you registered with. We will respond within 14 days.

8. Children

AMM is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to currently active registrants.
