Welcome to Day 2. This session was Deploying Your First AI Employee, plus Workflows. It has two parts. First you deploy your own AI agent. Then you put it to work by building real workflows. The Day 2 replay is in your dashboard if you want to rewatch any part. Work through the steps below before Day 3.

Do this first

Deploy your AI agent

Open your dashboard, go to Replays, and open the New Hemis Agent Setup Video Guide. You can choose the phone version or the laptop version. Follow it from start to finish. It walks you through:

  1. Setting up your Contabo VPS, which is the online server your agent lives on.
  2. Installing and configuring the agent itself.
  3. Connecting its AI brain, which is what lets it reason and act for you.
  4. Connecting Telegram, which is where you chat with your agent.

Make sure your Composio account is set up with your tools connected, and that Wispr Flow is installed from Day 1. You need both to run the workflows below.

Get stuck anywhere? Take a screenshot of the exact step you are on, open chat with Zuby in your dashboard, tap the camera button to attach it, and describe the problem. Zuby will walk you through it step by step.

Once your agent is deployed, rebuild the workflows you watched in class. You do this by talking to your agent, the same way Kenny did, with no code. Following the replay will get you at least three of the five done. Here are all five.

Workflow 1

Post-Meeting Action Item Extractor

Every time a meeting ends, your agent turns the recording into clear next steps. To set it up, you connect an AI note taker. Kenny uses Fathom, which is free, at fathom.video.

  1. Sign up on Fathom and, in Settings, set it to auto record your meetings.
  2. Generate an API key (Settings, then Add, then Generate API Key), and copy it.
  3. In Telegram, paste the key to your agent and tell it to save the credentials securely and use them to access your Fathom account. Once it confirms, delete the key from the chat so it is not left lying around.

The workflow then pulls a meeting transcript, extracts the action items, tags each one by who is responsible (you, a team member, or the client), lays them out as a to-do list, flags which ones the agent can handle for you, and notifies you when it is done.

Workflow 2

Student Success Follow-Up Automation

This automates the way you show people that you care, at scale. It works wherever your group lives, whether that is WhatsApp, Telegram, a website, or a course platform.

The input is your student or member activity. Every day, the agent scans your community for who has posted, who has gone quiet, and who has fallen behind, then drafts a warm, personal follow-up for each one so no one slips through the cracks.

Tip: if your group is on WhatsApp, remember that WhatsApp limits automation. The safe route there is the official WhatsApp Business API.

Workflow 3

Client Proposal Generator, plus Auto Follow-Up

If you deal with prospects regularly, this one is for you. From a call or your notes, your agent drafts a tailored proposal, then follows up automatically on a schedule (day 1, day 2, day 3, day 5, day 7, and day 10) until the client responds. It is a reusable workflow you can point at any new prospect.

Your assignment

Build these last two yourself.

Workflow 4

Morning Report, your daily briefing

Set this one up as a cron job, which simply means it runs automatically on a schedule. Every morning it scans your important emails and messages, anything that needs following up from the day before, your new tasks for the day, and the meetings on your calendar, then sends you one clean briefing so you start the day knowing exactly what to do.

Your task: build it, run it once, test it, and then make a post on the platform telling us how it worked for you. That post is how we know you have completed this assignment.

Workflow 5

Content Repurposing Engine

This one runs on autopilot. It takes one piece of long-form content, such as a video, a livestream, or an article, and turns it into five to ten smaller pieces you can post across your channels. One thing you create becomes many, without you doing the cutting yourself.

That is Day 2.

Deploy your agent, then build. Post your Morning Report result on the platform so we know you did it. Day 3 is where we turn your agent into income.
