Your Day 1 Assignments

Welcome to Day 1. Below are your three assignments from the Agentic Foundations session, with the exact steps to complete each one. Work through them before Day 2 so you are ready to build and deploy your own AI agent. The Day 1 replay is waiting in your dashboard if you want to rewatch any part.

Assignment 1

Write down 5 things you want to delegate

Grab a notepad, or a note on your phone, and write down 5 tasks you would love an AI agent to do for you. Think about the work that is repetitive, time consuming, or that you dread doing.

These 5 tasks are the raw material for the agent you will build, so keep the list handy. When it is time to deploy on Day 2, you will pick from this list.

Assignment 2

Install Wispr Flow and start talking instead of typing

Wispr Flow lets you speak to your agent instead of typing. You talk, and it turns your words into text anywhere you can type. Install it on the device you will use, sign in, and start using it today so it feels natural by Day 2. Start at wisprflow.ai.

Windows

  1. Go to wisprflow.ai and download the app for Windows.
  2. Install it, open it, and sign up or sign in.
  3. Allow microphone access when prompted.
  4. To dictate, hold Ctrl + Windows, speak, then release. Your words appear as text.

Mac

  1. Go to wisprflow.ai and download the app for Mac.
  2. Install it, open it, and sign in.
  3. Allow microphone and accessibility permissions when prompted.
  4. To dictate, hold the Fn key (the default dictation key, which you can change in Settings), speak, then release.

iPhone

  1. Install Wispr Flow from the App Store, open it, and sign in.
  2. Enable the keyboard: Settings, General, Keyboard, Keyboards, Add New Keyboard, Wispr Flow, then turn on Allow Full Access.
  3. In any app, switch to the Wispr Flow keyboard and tap the microphone to dictate.

Android

  1. Install Wispr Flow from the Play Store, open it, and sign in.
  2. Enable the Wispr Flow keyboard in your phone Settings under Languages and input (or Keyboards), and allow microphone permission.
  3. Switch to the Wispr Flow keyboard and tap the microphone to dictate.

Tip: Wispr Flow gets better the more you use it, so start speaking with it today.

Assignment 3

Sign up on Composio and connect your tools

Composio (spelled C-O-M-P-O-S-I-O) is where you connect all the apps you use in one place, so your agent can work with them later. For now, your only job is to sign up and connect your tools. Do not connect an agent yet, that comes when we deploy on Day 2.

  1. Go to composio.dev and create your account.
  2. Switch to the “For you” view.
  3. Connect the apps you use every day: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Docs, Google Calendar, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and any others you rely on.
  4. That is all for now. Just sign up and connect your tools. You do not connect an agent yet.
