These terms govern participation in the AI Agents Mastery affiliate programme operated by Kenny Nwokoye Limited (“AMM”, “we”, or “us”). By applying or using an AMM affiliate link, you agree to these terms. Application does not guarantee approval.

1. Approval and account security

• Provide accurate contact information and keep your account secure.
• Do not share dashboard access, create duplicate accounts, refer yourself, or manipulate clicks, orders, refunds, or attribution.
• Payment details are requested privately only after approval. Never submit bank details through an unverified message or public form.

2. Organic promotion

You may promote AMM through your own audience, content, email list, community, or direct conversations where you have permission to communicate. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Use accurate product, price, deadline, bonus, and availability information. Do not spam, impersonate AMM, or make income, employment, certification, or guaranteed-result claims.

3. Paid advertising requires written approval

Do not launch paid Meta ads until AMM gives written approval for the specific account and promotion.

• Do not request or use access to AMM’s primary ad account, live campaign, primary dataset, customer lists, audiences, billing, or payment account.
• Do not install an affiliate-owned pixel, CAPI token, tag, script, or plugin on AMM properties.
• Do not upload AMM customer data, build lookalikes from AMM data, or retarget AMM website visitors without separate written authorization.
• Do not bid on AMM, AI Agents Mastery, Kenny Nwokoye, or confusing variations as search or social keywords without written approval.
• Do not impersonate an official AMM page, use misleading domains, conceal the final destination, or make creatives appear to be official unless supplied or approved by AMM.
• Follow Meta policies and all applicable advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, and disclosure rules.

Approved paid-media partners may be placed in an AMM-managed pilot using a separate partner dataset, a partner allowlist, and visitor consent. Approval may be withdrawn at any time without changing the main AMM campaign.

4. Links, attribution, and reporting

Use the unique AMM referral link assigned to you. You may add approved UTM parameters and sub-IDs for source, campaign, creative, and placement. First-party referral identifiers normally expire after 30 days. Verified payment records from Paystack or Flutterwave, together with AMM’s server records, are the source of truth. Browser screenshots or platform-reported conversions alone do not establish a commission.

Your dashboard may show clicks, checkout starts, verified purchases, conversion rate, revenue, commissions, refund rate, EPC, and source breakdowns. Customer-facing references are masked or pseudonymous, and you are not entitled to unrestricted customer personal data.

5. Commission validation

The standard programme commission is 50% of eligible net sale value unless a different rate is agreed in writing. New commissions remain pending for at least 7 days. A commission becomes withdrawable only after payment is verified and the validation period passes without a disqualifying refund, chargeback, dispute, duplicate, self-referral, fraud signal, or policy breach.

Taxes, fees, exchange-rate treatment, upsells, discounts, and excluded products may affect the eligible amount. The dashboard and written campaign brief control where they differ from a general example.

6. Refunds, disputes, and clawbacks

Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or unpaid transactions do not earn commission. A full refund reverses the related commission; a partial refund reverses it proportionally. If a commission was already paid, we may deduct the amount from future earnings or request repayment. Every adjustment must remain tied to a gateway event and reference in our records.

7. Payouts

Validated payouts are prepared in weekly batches, subject to the minimum threshold shown in the dashboard, correct bank details, and final reconciliation. A queued payout can be paused if it exceeds the affiliate’s validated available balance or if a relevant dispute, refund, compliance review, or banking issue is open. You are responsible for your taxes and payment-account accuracy.

8. Content, brand, and confidentiality

AMM grants a limited, revocable right to use approved promotional material only for this programme. Do not alter trademarks in a misleading way, resell materials, copy the course, or disclose private dashboards, credentials, customer information, unreleased offers, or confidential campaign data.

9. Suspension and termination

We may pause tracking, withhold unvalidated amounts, suspend paid-media approval, or terminate participation for policy violations, fraud risk, brand harm, legal risk, or operational necessity. Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to verification, refunds, disputes, and these terms.

10. Changes, questions, and governing terms

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date. Questions and attribution disputes should be sent promptly to [email protected] with the relevant masked reference and supporting information.

These terms form part of the wider AMM website terms and are intended to be interpreted under applicable Nigerian law. They are an operational baseline and should be reviewed by qualified Nigerian counsel.
